To ensure a stable and accurate Sherlock session, users should operate in a supported environment with reliable network conditions and approved devices.

Network Guidelines

  • Use a stable internet connection

  • Recommended speed: 5 Mbps or higher

  • Avoid public or unstable Wi-Fi networks

  • Do not switch networks mid-session

  • Avoid using VPNs (may affect detection reliability)

  • Close heavy background applications

Supported Devices

  • Desktop computers

  • Laptops

Mobile phones and tablets are not supported. Sherlock requires a full desktop environment to monitor session activity effectively.
